I am feeling with you. That can really hurt.
In my younger years I passed several kidney stones. When I had the first one I was hospitalized after the Doc. dozed me off with morphine. The next day in the hospital I was told to drink all I could. I managed to drink between 2 and 3 quarts of water right away and then walked up and down stairs as the water went through.
I did that once an hour and after a couple days the stone passed.
After that experience each time I felt something coming up I started drinking water and running (in the lack of stairs!). That way I managed to pass several stones over the years.
