How tough was your canola? My fear is getting started again and to only take off a few bushels before rain hits again. I'm hoping to take off this last bit of canola in one shot so i can dry it in one shot. Out here the elevators won't take anything tougher than 13% and they then want a matching load of dry stuff to mix with. The kicker is they want to charge drying costs on both wet and dry bushels according to a friend of mine. Has anyone else heard of this? It doesn't make sense to me but they make up their own rules all the time. I have alot of really dry canola to mix with but I'm hoping the green has went out of this stuff I have laying out.
