Martinsville, Ohio | Get good seed. Ask questions. My best seed is Ohio Certified right down the road I have inspected since 85. Beans love lime, hate acid. Timing that maturity was a real struggle this year. You need a full season if it is dry, this year, short season was fine cause it rained.
Fertilize according to accurate soil test. Most everything around here calls for high calcium lime and Boron and a little Manganese.
Hard decision.
