That looks like a lot better than 40-80 bu corn. My experience (which is far from TX) would be that 18K pop corn that looks like that could easily yield 125+.
Just curious if you have ever tried a really short season corn that would mature before the late season heat and dryness?

Yes, this year we’ve got plots of 85, 87, 92, 95, 102, 112 and 116.
