You have not said anything about facilities. Do you have the facilities to handle cattle? You will need some way to work and load them.

The main thing as Eddie points out is do you really like working with cattle? If so you can probably make this plan work. If it is just a financial transaction then it will probably not work very well...  Cattle take some commitment. jmho.
