I like pear sauce better than apple. A little frost in it and it is awesome.

You can drain some of the juice off. It is delicious. Our lineup consist of an electric pressure cooker and a kitchen aid w a sauce attachment. It works great. Spits a plug out the end consisting of skin, core, etc. Sauce comes out a stainless screen.
