I have a very old pear tree that has ALOT of fruit on them. The are the best and sweetest pears to eat but I need ideas what to do with them. I have never tried canning anything-do I need to quit being chicken and just try it? Maybe it's not as hard as it looks LOL.
I do have a wonderful pear & apple carmel pie recipe but ANY help would be great!
