I have a couple 40 series tractors with GS2's and RTK autoTrac along with my 9610 so don't count out John Deere just cause someone else wants to sell you something. All of it can be overwhelming, try as many systems as you can. Navigate all the menus and setups and get the one you are the most comfortable using. Keep in mind what your future plans. Good Luck
