If you find any pieces of cobs in the bypass auger, that is what is binding the auger enough to blow the fuse. I would recommend, instead of putting in a larger fuse (that will cause the 10 amp fuse that supplies this one along with the CCM1 controller to blow and set many codes) at the bypass auger, try a 5 or 7 amp circuit breaker.
