Amherst WI | Your comment about older people with money made me think of this.
My 20 year old niece was telling me how much of an uphill battle it is now to afford stuff. She's mature for her age, owns a house with a 6.xx% mortgage on it.
I told her wealth builds wealth, it's a snowball effect. Once you have your basics paid for you have money left over to build wealth, when you have more wealth, it accumulates faster. | |
