I am becoming a firm believer you can throw historical valuations and other historical thoughts out the window. In the past we did not have an out of control government that is completely ruining the currency. There is lots of people with serious money just looking for somewhere to park their wealth and land is about as safe of a place as there is to protect against a failing government.
I found out the buyer and well we will just say some serious wealth. 1.3 to him isn't going to change his life one bit if it goes to zero tomorrow.
