Not around here it won't! That stuff is too good to not use IMMEDIATELY!
If we have extra, we roll it out thin, top it with sugar and cinnamon and bake it on a cookie sheet until golden brown with just a bit of crust from the sugar. Mom started that when I was a kid, now my two boys love it too.
We've been known to make pies just to have the "extra dough"!
