So, what exactly is "Boiling Water Bathed?" Do you get the water boiling and then add the jars? Or, do you bring the water to boil with the jars already in the canner? And, how much water do you have in the canner....do you cover the jars completely or just up a certain ways on the jars??? Everything I've found about this is so vague.
I did manage to get the peaches done today...I cheated though, and just froze them. It seemed like the easiest thing to do, but I still have the Pears to do, maybe on Monday...
