I’ve got a part time hired man that has it and it seems it can flare up causing good days and bad days. Diet seems to be the key thing that messes with him and he’s learned things like lettuce or raw greens are bad as well as too much alcohol. He’s 68 and it seems to becoming worse as the years go by.
