I have an uncle who owns some acres I rent, he loves to compare to some friend of his who is renting to a bigshot beet guy who has loads of extra cash laying around, told him more than a few times it isn't quite worth that amount... At least I am not paying over $300 yet.
You always have a couple who just toss money out to grab whatever acres they can and somehow skate by.
Quit bringing up high rents
