Raping farms of fertilizer happens all the time here from the cash rent cowboys. If you want 450-550 rent they'll pay it, farm it for 2 years and move on. Hate to say it, but there's a lot of them.
Most of the people in the farming community know who they are.
But absentee landowners looking for big rents do not know.
Quit bringing up high rents
