My reply to F&G was we followed in the spirit used in finding artifacts on public lands. That is administered under the office of SHPO (State Historical Preservation Office). He was returned to the land, no record of findings available for the white man to find. However a good Indian Shaman would be able to pull his spirit up to be used in future ceremony.
