Yours is an incredible multigenerational workforce - all with a razor focus on the survivability of the farm as each grows up.
Equal is not fair and fair is not equal - something that gets mentioned on here whenever there are multiple siblings about the time the farm transitions from 1 generation to the next.
And, no, this is NOT meant to be derogatory in any way.
