Central Indiana | If you know which direction the fence is running in the tree, cut parallel with it in each side until you get to where you think the fence is inside the tree. Put a good strap or chain around the top and give it a good pull I would think you could break an inch or two of tree left attached to the stump. Saves the chain and you’ll already be hooked up to it to drag it wherever and burn it | |
