Pittsburg, Kansas | I listened to this one a few days ago and it might be interesting to you. It made me kind of rethink breakfast if I work out in the morning (my "workouts" amount to about 15 minutes, LOL). It appears if a person is trying to build muscle, some protein around the time of exercise can be beneficial. My preference is eggs (both fat and protein along with many amino acid profile).

He promotes some products that I pretty much ignore, but otherwise he is good about studying the published science on a subject.
As we age our bodies don't process protein as well yet we still have the need for protein. So increasing the protein as we age makes sense.
There is another presentation that had similar information but I can't remember who or what the presentation was. But it emphasized protein both around exercise and especially as we get older. Meat protein was far superior to vegetable protein because of the amino acid profile.
