| Started on a "keto" diet on the day after Thanksgiving.
Lost 21 pounds from then until Jan 1.
Started out at 368 # hoping to get to at least 250# maybe less.
I hit a stall at 350# and ended up cutting out carbs totally, that got me through that barrier and is how I'm currently eating. Just eating meat and drinking water, except the couple hand fulls of peanuts I had earlier today.
I've worked to not eat snacks (today was an exception) and only eat lunch and supper between 12 and 8 pm.
Other than excersize (which we are getting a subscription at the YMCA this week) is there anything I can do? I feel like I've done all I can on the diet front but asking others.
