I have been using these supplements for a couple months now. I really do have more energy feel better lost several pounds in the process it’s not a magic pill still requires work as anything does when you are trying to better yourself but I would recommend the weight loss bundle to my friends & family. I love the flavor of the B12 drops and the energy they give me!
