NW Iowa | Again, what thud said. Don’t be a tough guy. Sometimes a knee repair can be worse than a total replacement. A knee repair of some sort can mean no weight on the knee for six weeks. Period! Or you could walk out of the hospital. With a knee replacement you need to get walking right away with some common sense of course. You could have lots of pain or almost no pain. The advice of getting an ice machine is the best advice i have read yet in this topic.
