I take all of it, but only eat the liver. Heart & tongue make good dog food. I might be willing to try the heart, but simply cannot bring myself to eat tongue.
Liver and onions are a real treat. Me & kids eat it, but wife nearly barfs cutting it up & cooking it. LOL!
