| I got a steer back from the locker on Monday. It must depend on the butcher. My beef included the tongue, liver and heart but also oxtail and "dog bones". I give the liver to members of that small part of the population that absoluately love it. As a kid, I remember eating tongue in a heavy gravy mix (haven't had it since). I've never had heart. I give it to others through trickery (put it in with a bunch of ground beef packages). | |
