There must be a difference in the meaning of no till and minimum till depending on where in the country you are. Here in Iowa i havent seen a true plow used in years. Kinze no till equipt planters are as common as barnyard cats. Dont know there ever has been a state payment for going to no till. at least none I ever collected on. Just seemed common sense that if you own ground you wanted to take care on it.
