Gettysburg, PA
Here in SC PA the dealers are doing a pretty good, heck damn good job of meeting the needs of the no-till farm community.  We have a new program, just entered it's 3rd year, where farmers can receive state tax credits for 50% of the value of a new no-till drill or planter.  That program has sold a LOT of no-till equipment and the dealerships are certainly on board with that!!  I won't say that the dealers have necessarily "pushed" the no-till concept but they clearly have embraced it and are providing the necessary service for it.
