Parsons Kansas | Thanks Wilson. I was hoping you would chime in here. I was looking at this variety because it done the best in my counties alfalfa test. There are so many kind of seeds out there it is mind boggling how to pick one. I just went to my counties test and was looking around and this is the one I saw that I thought would work for me.
If you (or anyone for that matter) wouldn't mind tell me how you pick an alfalfa seed.
I'm trying to find the '08-'09 alfalfa variety list so I can print it off but am having no luck. I'll keep trying though.
Somewhere in the selection there is the price thing. It seems as though you can spend as little or as much as you want to for the seed. Guys say on here there are only a handful of "seed manufactures" out there and different companies just put the same seed in a different company bag. It just gets so confusing.
