I think if more dealerships were run like yours farmers would have a hard time finding stuff to complain about, from the outside you guys look like you wrote the book on customer service. There are good dealerships, maybe a little human nature to be more vocal about the bad ones. Ive been going through Stolz Sales and Service's door in Listowel my whole life (now the sign says Equipment Ontario) and its pretty rare that i can find something to complain about, and im really really good at finding stuff to whine about! Haha
