| Actually he had a D-17 but just over 4 hours was it. Dad's D-17 used a bit more gas but would pull the disc 1 gear faster. One was either early for lunch or really late with it.
I think they held 20 gallons.
As far as an M goes ours wasn't real bad but I worked for a guy that if the M wasn't full when we started grinding feed it would burn it as fast as I could carry it 5 gallons cans from the barrel.
It also would pull 4 16's in fourth gear and never slow down so it was pretty strong. | |
