Floyd County, Iowa | If I'm working at home, I carry a cooler with a couple cans of soda on ice and a few snacks. Wife brings me out lunch or I head to the house. When I farmed more land, further away, I carried a full lunch cooler with enough for the long day.
I helped my nephew with tillage for a couple weeks this fall after I had mine done, and I carried a full lunch cooler. Didn't know where I was going to be or how long I would be gone.
And I carry a roll of blue towels and a waste basket in the tractor and combine, too. I hate oil or grease in the cab. | |
