Hooker Twp,Ne | One hour along with 11 buddies. Back in the 70s. At a party in town and two cop cars showed up. They walked in the house and asked who owned a couple vehicles and who was riding. Well there were 12 of us between the two vehicles. They made us get in the vehicles and one cop in front and one cop in back following to cop shop. Not a one of us was sober enough to drive but this was back in the 70s. When we got to cop shop they had us sit down along a wall on the floor. Well one guy snuck a 6 pac of beer in under his coat. The cops all went into a different room for about 10 minutes. Well the 6 pac was set in the corner and one beer at a time was passed down the row with everyone taking a sip. The cops came back in and when they seen the booze they were just a bit mad. Where did you guys get that beer? It was sitting in the corner and we thought you wanted us to drink it Sir. Who got it for you? I guess you did Sir. It was sitting there when we came in. They talked a moment amongst themselves and told us to get the H out of town and to not come back for two weeks. Guess there was 12 of us and 4 of them with a story. Remember back then there were no cameras. | |
