The e range has a separate set of linkage you need to add as well as a separate synchronizer. The linkage adds up to $1000 and the synchronizer is $1200ish. The sets of gears are $1000 each and the d range gear is 5 or 6 hundred. These prices were 3 years ago so I'm sure it's higher now
