I don't know much about it but have looked into it a little. I would assume you would need a new dash piece to allow the E range slot, and some new stuff in the shift linkage as well. Just going by comparing ground speed listings in the operators manual, A,B,C range are the same between the two transmissions. D range is different when equipped with E range. At best, I would say the range box has to come out of the tractor and new gears installed for D and E range. Probably would need a shift shaft for E as well. Interested to see if anyone who has done it responds here
