55912 | I look at as the employees are asking , telling, what they want and it doesn't seem unreasonable regardless what anyone else thinks except the employees. It isn't like days past and not an abondance of applicants wanting to work for them. I would think a small turn over in employees and happy dedicated work force makes any industry more money. The bean counters largely get this wrong costing lots of money in turnovers and mistakes hampering production rather than making simple policy changes | |
