WCIL | Did you get checked for Celiac disease/gluten intolerance? I have to avoid wheat, barley, rye, so that pretty much eliminates anything fried in batter and sandwiches, etc.. Not fun but helped me gain weight back and feel better. Had heartburn, bloating, went to bathroom often and also felt heavy on my stomach (no real pain though). Gluten intolerance is a real thing, but many avoid gluten as a fad diet. Had mild colitis diagnosed as well at the same time which can cause similar symptoms, but diet was my main issue. Celiac was diagnosed by blood test and colitis by colonoscopy-- hope you don't have 2 things going on like me. Hoping you get lined out because having a digestive system that is not happy wears you down. Took a couple weeks to get system in better shape. Been about 13 years now. Good luck | |
