Southwestern Minnesota | Unfortunately, Crohn's Disease affects people differently. Sometimes it depends on what portion of the GI tract is affected. And what is a trigger food for one person, may not cause any problems for another. It is also possible that you can go for a period of time and have no issues and then seem to have issues with everything. Hopefully you are following with a GI specialist and he/she should be able to refer you to a dietitian who can help with your specific situation. There is also good information available from the Crohns and Colitis Foundation- that would be a good group to be in contact with as they would be a good resource too.
