St.Clair Co. IL. | well now this, earlier in the yr. I was diagnosed with crohn's ( only took them 70 yrs. to find it) can't eat a lot of things, but loosing weight, wanted to loose weight but not like this, I CAN'T EAT!! seems everything I eat hits my stomach like a rock! I can eat eggs, soup, pancakes,salad, and a few other items, but it's strange I eat something one day and it's all good, next time I eat it, I have bad stomach pain, blotting, gas real bad feeling can't sleep, this is getting old, I'm sure others on here have it so what do you do? what can you eat?
I have cut out sugar, dairy, chocolate, spicy anything, so share your experience if not on here my e-mail is good,
thanks finally got doctor to see me and he scheduled a MRI for me to check for any blockage in small intestines, don't mind cutting out certain food, but NOT knowing what I can eat and not eat sucks, the stomach pain gets really really bad sometimes,
and advise is greatly appreciated.
