I remember in the early 50 my dad and other family members would put the old car up on blocks on one rear wheel and put a belt around the tire and sausage grinder an enterprise Im sure and made hog sausage and dad always called sausage real hamburger, ha ha archie.PS being pork dont do me any good anymore. I make and season beeg hambuger and we can it . I put sage andfennel seed s when Im heating up the canned meat . works good for our pizza and sausage gravy for my buckwheat cakes s archie
