Subject: Sage for sausage


My wife makes me a sausage from ground beef. Sausage in the store has turned to junk in my opinion. Anyway my grandmother grew a sage that was slinder leaf and sage blue color I thought. My wife’s sage is green and tastes and smells herbal but not like sage as I remember. Any ideas? I know I’m spoiled . This is a very first world problem I realize.
