Sounds like you are doing good.

Going low carb does not mean you have to give up desert. My wife makes several low carb deserts. We don't eat huge portions and it is not sweet, but for me it is very satisfying after a meat heavy low carb dinner. Pictured wife calls keto French Silk Moose. It's made of cream cheese, butter, 85-95% chocolate, eggs, and heavy cream. The topping is chopped pecans and a little of the shaved chocolate.

There are a few carbs in it but very few. Even 95% chocolate has a little sugar in it, the pecans are about as low carb nut as any, even heavy cream still has a little milk solids. So it is not zero carb but I bet the serving size we eat it is under 5. Not sweet at all but very tasty.

I can get the exact recipe if anyone is interested.
