Venison meatloaf

Subject: Venison meatloaf

I eat alot of deer meat. Deer burger, deer sausage, deer steaks, tenderloin etc. I just thought why not a deer meatloaf. Had that and mashed potatoes and tomatoe slices delicious.
For those that want to try it here is what I did

2 pounds deer burger ( about 90/10 beef fat added)
1 pound deer sausage ( about 90/10 pork fat added)
Roll Ritz crackers
3 eggs
1 large onion
1 large pepper
Garlic salt, pepper,parsley,regular salt,
Worchester sauce
Ketchup
Sweet baby rays bbq sauce
Brown sugar

Put burger and sausage , eggs, ketchup and Worcester sauce in bowl. Season to your taste. Crush Ritz crackers and add to bowl. Finely chop onion and pepper add to bowl. Mix up good.
Put in aluminum baking pan ( greased) and form in a loaf.
Cover with bbq sauce, then sprinkle sugar on top.
Cover pan with baking foil and put on grill ( or in a oven)
Cook on low heat around 400 degrees on grill for about 2 hrs.
Take foil off and cook another 15 min or so to crisp top.
Take off grill and let sit for several minutes.
Transfer to a new pan and pour more bbq sauce over top.
Cover with new foil and let rest for 20-30 minutes
Take this time to make mashed potatoes
Then serve.
I swear this is the best meat loaf
