Other option is go to auction and be the first bid at xxxx.29 cents. The odd cents indicates someone had it appraised.
I feel for you. A divorce is worse than a death as one can't move on. Only negotiate the terms of the death.
I always say I had a nasty divorce. I told my wife she could have what ever she wanted but she had to take what was owed on it. ( 1980"s)
