NorthWest Indiana | Had a buddy 20 years ago his wife was playing hardball on the inflated price of the home, shop and land. She did give him half in money. Then she rented it out after it sat for sale for a couple of years, then two tenants it was a disaster. Dog damage, pool ruined, shop spray painted. She sold it for less than she gave him. Win win for him!!
