Sullivan's here have no buyers premium and are burying the competition lately. Buyers premium is bs
Any idea what Sullivans or other auctions without buyers fee charges for commission?
I would think/hope seller is paying 0 commission if complete sale is 'online' and auction company is charging premium...
A lot like real estate agents now, still want same commission % on a million $$ sale as when it was a $50k deal |
