Real Iowa soaker!! Under red and yellow on radar and didn't get the sidewalk wet. All the experts that watch a radar screen and assume it's raining!
You must not know where you're at on the radar if red didn't get the sidewalk wet.
Edit-Or the radar you're using isn't portraying the location accurately.
This is the radar I usually watch, it seems to be too sensitive, the green doesn't amount to much, has to be orange or red for a "significant" rainfall amount.
Rain looks to be breaking up as it crosses the river.
