Don’t disagree about the number but the per acre costs have skyrocketed for many. I also think the shortage thing has people buying more than they need fearing that they may be broke down.
Our local Deere dealer is now part of 11 store chain and they used to have lot full of used combines/tractors....Yesterday I was there 1 used combine , no larger tractors..
Used to be if u broke down in busy time u got loaner same day |
