| We ordered a new tractor. Would probably have liked to trade the old one in, but the trade in offers are to low compared to the price of new. We will just keep the old machine and use it too for lighter work. Can sell it anytime for the money offered on trade, even if prices of new drop. The used market probably won’t drop because of this. A neighbor did the same thing. Bought a new tractor and kept the old one. Used market may have to pay a little more to get the machine out or the sheds of the new buyers. I am talking about the 15-20 year old machines will stay on their current farm if someone is upgrading. | |
