Lots of tough guy ideas above here and some might end with you paying them for damages.
I know it’s annoying, what’s a few inches or even feet in the grand scheme of things but often people like this only seem to wear the shoe on one foot. Surveys aren’t done as a suggestion. If he really is being a bugger about it and is abusing this privilege then you probably do need to put up some kind of fence and get the cops involved to get that stuff out of there.
Good fences DO NOT make good neighbors, they keep bad ones out. People say a person can be pretty easy going until they get sick of being walked on. | |
