Day Co. SD | Standard bankruptcy trustee maneuver. They get paid for every one of those letters they send out. If you send your check in without a fight, it is easy money in their pocket.
Then when you have a lawyer respond to the trustee, the trustee gets paid for responding to your lawyer. It is a humongous scam to pad the trustees pockets.
My advice is to ignore it until you get the letter you have to sign for. It will probably never come.
